He has led software, innovation, and product efforts in Intel's manufacturing, Intel Labs, Intel's consumer CPU product teams, and visual computing software, with much of his career focused on driving Intel products and programs servicing the gaming industry. He is one of Intel's leading experts on user-focused innovation and has coached over 5000 senior leaders on the process of "design thinking".
