This curiosity continues to sustain her career in Human Resources; 15 years and 3 countries later, she is at her best job ever heading HR at Avalanche Studios New York City office for almost 5 years. Avalanche Studios is her first experience in the game industry and where she pioneered D&I which has since been adopted & continuously improved globally. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management, a SHRM-Certified Professional, a Certified Diversity Professional and IEEE Officer for Inclusion, Dignity and Privacy in Online Gaming Working Group
